This beautifully appointed five bedroom plus den, four and a half bath mountain retreat is located in the Keystone Ranch Neighborhood just six miles from the Keystone Ski Resort or a couple of miles from the award winning Keystone Ranch or Keystone River Golf Courses in the summer. Right outside the house are cross country trails that are great for cross country skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer. Built in 2000 guest have access to the clubhouse with a seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub and tennis courts. When you walk into this Key To The Rockies home you will be greeted by large vaulted ceilings, peeled log pole beams, slate tile, in floor radiant heat and modern mountain furnishings throughout the three levels and 4433 square feet of living space. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with all the top of the line equipment, charcoal slab granite countertops and custom wood cabinetry. The center island has three high backed chairs to sit around with your morning coffee while yo...u read the paper. The unique dining room table seats eight people with a cushioned wrap around bench on two sides and chairs on the other sides. The living room is wide open with a stone gas fireplace and large French doors that open out to two different patios, one on each side of the living room. There is a seating area out on the patio and grill to cook out in the summer months. The master bedroom is located on the main level with antique furnishings and a decorative metal head and base board to the king bed. Lay in bed all morning while watching the flat screen TV that is tucked away into the wall opposite the bed. The master bathroom makes you feel as though you have walked into a spa with dual sinks and a deep soaking Kohler tub to relax in. When you walk down to the lower level you will have another living area with a comfortable seating area with a television, granite wet bar and pool table to keep you entertained. On the lower level you will find a mud room with a full size washer and dryer, a sink and plenty of counter space for folding clothes. The third patio is located off of the lower level. The sofa on the lower level pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa. One of the guest bedrooms has a large king bed with an impressive detailed wood head board. Another guest bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom. The third bedroom on the lower level has a twin trundle bed. There is another bedroom with a twin bunk bed. The study is located on the top level and has a full size bed, an intimate seating area and a small desk with a computer with wireless internet. There is a one car private garage.
The Solitude Chalet is located in the Summerwood Neighborhood of Dillon, a short 3 ½ miles to the heart of Keystone and 3 miles to the town of Silverthorne. This Key To The Rockies private home is the only pet friendly property in our inventory. This four bedroom plus den and three and a half baths spans over 2,800 square feet and sleeps 12 people comfortably. Built in 1998 this home is great for entertaining with a large formal dining room and a large kitchen with an island that has four barstools. The small deck of the dining room has a gas grill perfecting for grilling out year round. Sit out on the deck in the summertime and take in the views of the mountains. The master bedroom has a king bed. The other 2 guest on the top floor have queen beds. The bedroom on the lower level has a full bed and a twin trundle, the perfect place for kids to play. Both the den and living room on the main level have a queen sleeper sofa. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, wet bar, five televisions, a DVD and VCR player, a two car garage and a gas fireplace. Guests can take advantage of the outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, fitness facility, basketball and racquetball courts in the summer. Outside of the outdoor pool the rest of the facilities are available year round.
